SouthPark Charlotte NC, Defining Charlotte’s Live/Work Communities
SouthPark, only 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, is one of NC’s largest employment centers. SouthPark also neighbors the stunning Phillips Place, home to PF Chang, The Palm, Restoration Hardware, Dean & Deluca’s and other smaller shops. Upscale apartments are housed in the rear of the complex and above the shops–what a great place to live–imagine waking and heading over to Dean & Delucas for your morning coffee, dropping your laptop, make a quick change after work and heading to Upstream for dinner, then to the movie theatre that is housed at the corner of the complex for the latest flick!
SouthPark is also host to amazing restaurants, including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Mortons, McCormick and Shmick, Maggiones and The Cheescake Factory. Whatever your flavor and style, it’s sure to be found here in the SouthPark restaurants.
There are even two SouthPark YMCA’s: The Harris YMCA, full of children’s activities, adults exercie and team sports programs. Harris “Y” is host to multiple summer camps, after-school programs and an amazing workout facility, gym, water park and soccer/baseball fields just filled with children! The Express “Y,” in Piedmont Row, is also a great place to catch a work-out just before work, during lunch, or after work.
